How long does an order take?Our average timeline is 3 to 4 weeks. However, this may vary depending on the size and specifications of the order.

What are your payment terms?We require 70% deposit to begin production and the balance due upon completion. This must be paid within seven days of delivery failure to which the outstanding amount shall attract a 5% interest per week until the balance paid in full.

What items are in stock?We have a just in time manufacturing model which means we make all items on order. We typically keep stock of our small items such as accent tables, accessories and décor items and once in a while we'll have selected pieces of large items. Do you make custom orders?Yes, depending on the specifications. We try to do work that’s within our existing aesthetic and style. Once you share information of what you are looking for then we will be able to advise accordingly.

Do you offer delivery services and what are your charges?Yes we do. The charges depend on the location and size of order. We will advise on this at the quotation stage.

Where are you located?We have showrooms in two locations: One is along Ngong Road, opposite Racecourse. https://maps.app.goo.gl/uEj5F3cKBSTsXf5v6 Redhill Road at Luxury Mall Redhill. https://maps.app.goo.gl/mNUP1avYHGBujKxNA. Both of which are open from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays

Does your furniture come with a warranty?All products manufactured by TIRA come with a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects on any product. Damages or defects that arise due to normal wear and tear or user damage are repairable at a cost that will be decided by TIRA and shared with the client.

Can I visit the showroom?Absolutely, you are welcome! To make the best out of your showroom visit, we encourage clients to schedule a showroom visit, in advance - at no cost at all and have our designers available to discuss your custom furniture and advise accordingly. Do you offer design consultations?Yes, we do. We offer online, showroom and home consultations. Online and showroom design consultations are free of charge, but home consultations are charge at a fee of Ksh. 5,000. However, if you proceed to buy from us, half the amount is deducted from the total value of your order.

Do you reupholster old furniture?We typically do not work on pieces that we did not originally make

What wood do you work with?We only use sustainably sourced wood at the moment, that includes Teak, Mango and cypress wood which is all sustainability sourced.
